Amanda Weisenburger, MS, BCBA, LBA – Clinical Director Teens/Adults Program

Amanda has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2018, and has been working for CPABA for since 2014. She has been in the field of behavior analysis since 2011. While working in the field, she has developed a strong passion for assisting children and families become more independent. She especially enjoys working on early learner language development, use of aided language stimulation to teach AAC to nonverbal clients, and activities of daily living skills. Amanda received her Bachelor’s from Grand Canyon University in 2013 in psychology. She went on to earn her Master’s Degree from Capella University in 2018 in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. She was certified with the Virginia Board of Medicine in 2018. While in her graduate program, Amanda developed an extensive program for individuals who demonstrated high rates of problem behaviors when attending routine visits for health and safety. This program has been highly effective in assisting families in independently attending these appointments.


Adam Friedlander, MA, BCBA, LBA – Operations Supervisor/Site Supervisor

Adam Friedlander, is a BCBA that has worked with CPABA Therapy since September 2019. He is originally from Atlanta and has a BS in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina and a MA in ABA with an Emphasis in Autism from Ball State University. He has worked in the field of ABA since 2009 and earned his BCBA in 2017. In that time he was worked at companies in 3 different states, a residential psychiatric facility in Metro Atlanta for children and teens, and as the Clinical Director for a Multidisciplinary Pediatric Therapy clinic in Austin, TX.


Cheryl Mayhart, M.Ed, BCBA, LBA – Clinical Coordinator

Cheryl Mayhart is a BCBA working primarily in-home with CPABA since 2015. Cheryl has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2013, and has been working in the field of behavior analysis since 2006. She has provided ABA services to children with various developmental, physical, emotional, and educational disabilities, ages 18-months to 14-years, across home, school, community, and clinical settings. Cheryl graduated with honors from Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2005 and with honors from University of Phoenix with a Master of Arts in Education, with a specialization in Special Education, in 2012. She became licensed by the Virginia Department of Medicine in 2013. Cheryl was certified as a Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst in 2010 before advancing to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In her free time, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, dog, and cats. Cheryl enjoys cooking, biking, reading, and a variety of crafts.


Mandy McCoy, MA, BCBA, LBA

Mandy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been with CPABA since 2015. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UMGC and her Master’s degree in ABA from Ball State University. She became a BCBA and was licensed by the State of Virginia in 2016. Mandy has experience working with both adults and children with disabilities since 2006. She is dedicated to helping her clients reach their highest potential and foster meaningful change. Mandy is passionate about providing effective therapy to her clients and families. She enjoys reading and relaxing at home with her husband and 2 sons.


Lilian Jimenez, M.Ed, BCBA, LBA

Lilian (Lily) has been working in the field of behavior analysis since 2005; she started her career with The Lovaas Institute for Early Development in Ontario, California, where she fell in love with the field. She moved with her family in 2009 to Virginia and continued to work in the field with a local non-profit organization. Lily has always been passionate about working with children, and in the future, Lily is interested in helping young adults and adults with different abilities find jobs after high school. Lily has a Master’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Hospitality from South University as well as a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Special Education from Arizona State, which she earned in 2016. Lily is passionate about helping children of all ages and loves her job. Lily has been with CPABA since 2016, working in home and in the office. During her free time Lily enjoys going to her son’s extracurricular activities, crafting, and helping her community.


Victoria Davis, MA, BCBA, LBA – Clinical Director Preschool Program

In 2012, Victoria earned her Bachelor’s in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. During this time, she interned with The Arc of Virginia, where she advocated for the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. In 2015,Victoria transitioned into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, working as a Registered Behavior Technician. Victoria is passionate about providing exemplary services to the children and families she works with. In 2019, Victoria received her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and has been practicing as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since March of 2022.


Clarissa Bryant, MA, MS, BCBA, LBA

Clarissa Bryant, is a BCBA with a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University, and degrees in Interdisciplinary Studies from Old Dominion University and Special Education from Liberty University. She earned her BCBA certification in 2022.

Clarissa has been dedicated to serving families and individuals with various disabilities since 2008, with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2015. Her experience includes providing in-home ABA, as well as working in schools, residential facilities, and group homes. In July 2024, she joined CPABA, where she continues to deliver high-quality ABA services.


Rain Borrelli, M.S.Ed, BCBA, LBA

Rain has been in the field of applied behavior analysis since 2018 and a BCBA since 2024. She has been passionate about working with individuals with developmental disabilities since 2009 – she was a special education teacher, a respite provider, and direct support in a group home prior to finding the field of ABA. Rain obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 2013 and a Master’s degree in Special Education in 2016 from Old Dominion University. She completed her coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis at both Arizona State University and Florida Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Rain enjoys dog training, gardening, gaming, reading, and spending time with her spouse, dogs, and rabbits.


Ashley Ebron MA, BCBA, LBA

Ashley Ebron discovered her love for ABA while working in a public school special education program in 2014. She immediately gained her registered behavior technician credential in pursuit of her behavior analyst license. Virginia Commonwealth University and Ball State University are where she acquired her undergraduate degree in criminal justice and graduate degree in applied behavior analysis. Ashley has been a BCBA since October of 2022. Over her time in the field, Ashley has worked with individuals from 1 to 88 years old across a plethora of diagnoses in group homes, typical residential settings, in the school system, and clinical settings. She has a passion for working with individuals of all ages using a parent inclusive ABA approach. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her adult daughter, 2 puppies, as well as her family and friends.
